Cheese Cake

1. You will need Graham Cracker Crust for this recipe. Don't pre-bake the crust for this recipe.

2. Heat oven to 350.

3. Mix
1 pound tofu, crumbled
1/3 Cup brown sugar
2 Table spoons lemon juice
1/3 Agavea necter
1/4 Cup canola oil

Until smooth and creamy.

4. When the mixture is smooth add:

2 Table spoons flour
1 Teaspoon vanilla
1/2 Teaspoon salt

5. Keep stirring untill well mixed. Pour the mixture into the Graham Cracker crust. Set the timer for fifty minutes, and bake. It's normal for little cracks to apear on top of the filling.
