Graham Cracker Crust
1. Heat Oven to 375.
2. Lightly cover a pie pan with Earth Balance buttery Spread, or any other vegan margerine or butter.
3. Place 16 crumbled Graham Crackers in a plastic bag.
Close the top the plastic bag. Then use a rolling pin to roll out the crumbs until they are small. Put the crumbs in a bowl.
4. Mix the crumbs with:
2 tables spoons sugar
1/2 cup Earth Balance buttery Spread, or any other vegan margarine or butter.
5. Use a back of a spoon to press the crumbs evenly into the pie pan and up the sides.
6. Set the timer for twelve minutes, and bake. Let the crust cool of before filling.
